1. In some ways it still feels like it’s early in the year (mostly because I’m behind on seed sowing compared to normal) but spring really is here. We open windows: air and light stream into the house.
2. Our friend R comes to visit – we haven’t seen him for a while so it’s good to catch up and confuse ourselves again: small talk almost instantly slides into the details of the multiverse theory.
3. I mention there is more custard and John’s face lights up.
