• had success making butter, less success with the buttermilk cheese, paneer is setting – next ricotta, lemon cheese and dinner at salvo’s … #
• thinks the super-easy paneer & butter were the best creations of the afternoon. only made enough ricotta to fill a tablespoon. dinner now :) #
• has had an email from a long-lost old (pen)friend today and spent the rest of the day catching up – a lovely way to spend the day :) #
• has inner-ear wobbliness. #
• loses another day to mortgage stuff #
• has to stick her hands in to stop boron and the stray cat *properly* fighting. scratches a go go. #
• thinks in some parallel universe Alternate@johnleach & Alternate@louisa_ have got it frickin’ made & can’t believe their ongoing good luck. #
• is now ready to start her working day after 4 hours of running to and from banks, and an hour of house valuing preparation. *FUN*. #
• decides to give herself half a dozen small, achievable goals so she can actually feel a sense of accomplishment today. first: eat sandwich. #

They will get confused when there is more than one way in and out of the house. We will trip over them less.
